The client-owner contacted Don to build this spectacular ICF (insulated concrete form) custom home from architect-drawn plans the client already had. 
 

The client-owner drew up his own plans for this 3-bedroom, 2-bath, open-concept home.  Don's 30-years experience makes him a great resource for such a project, because he can help clients find the most cost-effective ways to bring their dreams to reality.  And he can often recommend simple changes that help maximize cost-per-square-foot savings.   

The client-owners had their own set of plans purchased over the internet and contacted Don to build this 2200 square foot house with an oversized 3-car garage complete with bathroom.  

This 2100 square foot home has a tidy, low-maintenance exterior and very livable interior.
